Regard and RAYE have just dropped their amazing dancefloor filler 'Secrets', but according to RAYE is started off very different. 'Secrets' is now a chilled pop banger, but as RAYE explained, originally it was a slow R&B song!

Speaking to Jordan Lee on Hits Radio, RAYE told how the collaboration came about in an unusual way. "It's a funny one because I'd written the top line, to a completely different song, with the same lyrics and melody, and it was a lot slower," the singer explained.

"And then Regard, I sent it to him, and he sped it up, gave it a whole new chord thing, put these instruments in, gave it this crazy drop. He like, reignited what was a slow R&B song and made it into some rejuvenated sexy, pop-dance banger."
