Rita Ora

It's been a massive six years since Rita released her debut album 'Ora' which featured massive hits such as 'How We Do (Party)' and 'R.I.P.', and fans have been wondering when the follow-up will be coming. Now, we can reveal that it will hopefully be THIS YEAR! The 'Anywhere' singer revealed to Sarah-Jane that she's hoping to put it out in November this year for a very special reason.

"I’ve been so back and forth with my label on this," Rita explained. "Just making sure the music’s right. November for me, I probably shouldn’t be saying this, but it’s my birth month.

Rita added that she'd love for the album to come out on her birthday, 26th November, "It would mean the world to me if that’s the day the album went out. I think that’s the aim thus far. I’m definitely putting it out this year."

The singer also opened up about her recent Instagram photos, "I’ve been doing a lot of sexy pictures recently. You know why – it’s summertime, I’m feeling my body right now, I’m feeling the vibes... I just like to own what I’ve got.

"I don’t think I need to give women any tips on Instagram, I’ve seen some incredible women on Instagram who have literally made a career from social media and you’ve got to give it to them. They look absolutely stunning. As long as you own what you’re doing, whether it’s make up, food, what I do – music, just own it!"

Recently, Rita has starred in two music videos with similar names - her own song 'Girls' and Maroon 5's 'Girls Like You'. She revealed to us how she managed to get a part in Maroon 5's music video saying, "It was super easy," Rita said, "We work with the same producers and songwriters and so he just said 'would you like to be on it?', I thought, 'of course'!".
