Sam Smith shares candid behind-the-scenes video for 'How Do You Sleep?'

Sam Smith has had plenty of hits over the years, from 'Too Good at Goodbyes' and 'Promises', to 'La, La, La' and his current single 'How Do You Sleep?'. Now, the pop star has shared a candid behind-the-scenes video for the making of his music video for his latest song.

Revealing his love for dance, Sam explained, "It's been a long time coming. Ever since I was a little kid, it's an amazing way to express myself."

During the video, he goes on to explain how it was something he always did privately. He was so young, when his first single was released, that he didn't feel comfortable on stage, let alone dancing on stage. However, now the singer feels more at home, and the video reveals how.

'How Do You Sleep?' was released last month, and is Sam's second song of the year. His current single follows on from 'Dancing with a Stranger', a collaboration with former Fifth Harmony member Normani.

Before the song's release, Sam teased it across his social media channels. Sharing the artwork for his new track to Instagram, the 27-year-old wrote, 'How Do You Sleep? The official video directed by Grant Singer. Premieres 19.07 🌙' sic. He also shared a short clip of the new video to Twitter and Instagram, however has been careful to not feature any sound.

The official music video of 'How Do You Sleep?' sees Sam Smith dancing with a group of dancers. Dancing against various backdrops, you can see Sam's love for dancing really shines through as he struts his stuff!
