The Chuckle Brothers and many more added to Bestival!
It’s the news you’ve all been waiting for - comedy legends The Chuckle Brothers have been added to the Bestival line-up!
Barry and Paul lead a fresh wave of additions to the Isle of Wight music extravaganza including Wiley, Skepta, Roni Size Reprazent, Drenge, Jaguar Skills, DJ Yoda (Presents: Breakfast Of Champions), Kitty, Daisy & Lewis and Gabrielle Aplin.
Dub Pistols, Dinosaur Pile-Up, Dodgy, Kero Kero Bonito, Lloyd Yates, Seafret, Xockha and Yrslf complete the newly confirmed artists.
Bestival main man Rob da Bank says: “With so many identikit festivals about with similar acts and bills I’m proud that 12 years on we don’t go with the flow.
“If the indie amazingness of Drenge isn’t your bag then grimy faceslaps from Skepta and Wiley might be, and if you’re insane and don’t like the legendary junglist brilliance of Roni Size and his live Reprazent show then perhaps, just perhaps, you’ll be singing ‘to me, to you, to me, to you’ whilst dancing in a pair of ill-fitting tropical shorts to the Chuckle Brothers.
“No matter what, there’s plenty more fish in the sea to come, as our Summer of Love really starts to heat up. See you down the front.”
The new acts join a sensational line-up that already boasts The Chemical Brothers, Underworld, Duran Duran, Rudimental, The Jacksons, Mark Ronson, FKA Twigs, Lily Allen, Charli XCX and many, many more.
Taking place at Robin Hill Country Park from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th September, tickets to Bestival are on sale from Aloud.com now alongside its sister family event Camp Bestival.
