The most Instagrammable Christmas markets in the UK have been revealed

It's that time of the year, the Christmas songs have started on Hits Radio and there are plenty of conversations about a trip to the local Christmas market, but forget about food, drink and Christmas presents, in the age of social media, it's just been revealed which Christmas markets are most Instagrammable in the UK!
In a list complied by thortful.com, who gathered together the use of hashtags and Instagram images at the markets, they have named Manchester's Christmas markets the most Instagrammable in the whole of the UK.
The northwestern market has apparently had more than 41,000 hashtags, whereas its nearest competitor was Edinburgh's with 31,000. Other Christmas markets which made the Top 18 include Birmingham, Leeds and York.

For those who aren't familiar with Manchester's Christmas markets, there are more than 300 wooden chalets spread across 10 locations in the city. Whilst in Edinburgh, the most Instagrammable spot is on the big wheel with an astonishing 360-degree view of the city.
In other Christmas news it's been revealed just how much Mariah Carey's 'All I Want For Christmas Is You', and all your other Christmas songs make in royalties every year. According PrezzyBox, Mariah has already earned around £3.4 million in royalties this year, not bad for a song that was originally released in 1994, and co-written by Mariah and Walter Afanasief.
