La Roux leads the eclectic smorgasbord of additions to this summer’s Bestival line-up.

Also heading to the Desert Island Disco themed weekend of debauchery on the Isle of Wight are Skindred, Kitty, Daisy & Lewis, The Cuban Brothers, Sophie Ellis-Bextor, Jenny Lewis, Dub Pistols, Bipolar Sunshine, Catfish And The Bottlemen, Mouse On Mars, Reverend And The Makers, Howard Marks, Nimmo And The Gauntletts, Bad Rabbits, Bob Moses, Reeps One, Tall Ships, The Wolf and Arthur Beatrice.

Playing The Bandstand and the Gypsy Camp are Ben Ottewell (Gomez, Sophie Barker, The Fontanas, Paul Armfield, Thickets, Cherishport, Land Of The Giants, Shoot The Moon, Juke & The All-Drunk Orchestra, Wille & The Bandits, Marlee, Fine Lines, Emmy J Mac And Buddy, The Ohmz, Plastic Mermaids, Lux Lisbon, Somahigh, Delve, Naked Fridays, Born In A Barn, Undercover Hippy, Gideon Conn, Claydon Connor, Joe Chilcott, Franklin & James, Weatherkings, Drew, Santa Spirita, The Crew, Buddy Carson and Sounds Of Harlowe.

“I’m totally chuffed to have La Roux returning to the Big Top once again, the traditional Saturday mosh pit should be in evidence for Skindred, amazing songstress Jenny Lewis will be warming it up for Beck and Bipolar Sunshine and Catfish and The Bottlemen are two of the hottest acts of 2014.

Headlined by Outkast, Foals and Chic ft. Nile Rodgers, Bestival takes place at Robin Hill Country Park on the Isle of Wight from Thursday 4th to Sunday 7th September 2014.
