Professor Stephen Hawking to appear at Glastonbury
Celebrated scientist Stephen Hawking will be making an appearance at Glastonbury this year.
The festival announced today that Stephen Hawking and magician Dynamo will be appearing at the Kidz Field aimed at under 12s, which they described as a "place of wonder and magic".
Last year Professor Hawking was the subject of an multi award winning film titled 'The Theory of Everything' starring Eddie Redmayne. The film followed the relationship between the professor and his wife, his diagnosis of motor neurone disease and his success in Physics.
