The Secret Garden Party adds The Cat Empire and more

This year's theme is 'Childish Things'

More acts have been added to this year’s Secret Garden Party line-up.

Australian band The Cat Empire lead the fresh wave of acts for this year’s festival in Abbots Ripton.

Celebrating its 12th year, the festival has announced a special ‘Childish Things’ theme to go with its ‘magical immersive experience’.

Other acts confirmed are Public Service Broadcasting, Angus and Julia Stone, Temples, Bears Den, Bernhoft, Palma Violets, Ibeyi, Say Lou Lou, Darwin Deez, Roots Manuva, The Acid, Hinds, Charlotte OC, Haelos and Gentlemens Dub Club.

Rounding off the second wave of acts are 8.58 (Orbital’s Paul Hartnoll), Zola Blood, Yak, Ekkah, The Magic Gang, Laurel, Kiki Bun, Little Barrie, Furs, Fickle Friends, Beaty Heart, Pluto Shervington, Eaves, Meanwhile, Kawehi, Lusts, Vessels, Black Honey, The Moon, Lola Colt, Beans On Toast, Will and the People, Gulf, Ben UFO/Joy Orbison and Richy Ahmed.

They will join the previously announced Jungle, Kate Tempest, Caravan Palace, Jack Garratt, Marika Hackman, Jagaara Flyte, Elder Island, Menace Beach and Iyes.

The Secret Garden Party takes place on 23rd- 26th July at Mill Hill Field, Abbots Ripton.
