Industry expert claims Roxanne Pallett could be 'exiled' from showbiz in wake of Ryan Thomas CBB controversy

An industry expert has warned that Roxanne Pallett is in danger of losing her TV career after the controversy surrounding her claim that Ryan Thomas was violent with her in the Celebrity Big Brother house.
Roxanne left the show during Saturday night's episode after earlier in the week claiming that Ryan 'punched' her. However, viewers overwhelmingly sided with Ryan after noting that the footage did not appear to back up Roxanne's claims.
Her behaviour garnered over 12,000 Ofcom complaints, and celebs including Ryan's girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh have jumped to his defence on Twitter.
And now an industry expert has warned that her behaviour could spark the end of her showbiz career.
"Roxanne is looking at an uncertain future. The reaction she has had is one of the biggest in the history of CBB ," a source told The Star newspaper, who also claimed she could be 'exiled'.
"She will struggle to get big telly contracts now. This has been really damaging. Her reputation is at stake.

The inside of the Celebrity Big Brother house is a paradise of tropical prints and Hollywood Regency flair.
On Saturday night (1st September), after viewers saw Ryan break down over the accusations in the Diary Room, CBBBOTS host Rylan Clark-Neal issued a plea to Big Brother to show the housemates the footage.
He wrote, 'I’ve never been more uncomfortable watching an episode.'
Rylan then followed it up with, 'I’m gonna get in trouble for this , I’m all for no interfering no outside contact etc .... BUT SHOW THE HOUSEMATES THE FOOTAGE. There I’ve said it. Praying they will.' sic
This comes after he tweeted during the previous night's episode (31st August) that he was struggling to remain impartial on the drama.
He wrote, 'Hope people remember what my job is and it’s to look at everything from every angle. Thanks for watching. Night night x", and followed it with: "I do this job and every night get the comments and tweets that come with it. It’s part of the package. I deal with that. But this time it feels very different, and I’m finding it hard not to say what I really want to say. I’ll leave it at that. Night x.'
