After an incredibly dramatic series, Celebrity Big Brother came to an end last night, with former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas being crowned the winner ahead of Kirstie Alley, Dan Osborne, Nick Leeson, Sally Morgan and Love Island star Gabby Allen.

The actor, who broke down in tears earlier in the series when Roxanne Pallette accused him of 'punching her', bravely spoke about the shocking incident in his interview, admitting his feelings towards the actress.

As he was supported in the audience by his two brothers and girlfriend Lucy Mecklenburgh, Ryan showed the gentleman he is, admitting he WILL forgive Roxanne if that's what she wants.

He said, "It was totally unexpected. It was a sign of affection that I've used on Gabby, the boys. And unexpected because there was nothing in it and as it unraveled, as it became bigger and bigger, the thing that scared me the most was when Ben said she couldn't stay in the room with me because she was scared. That rang alarm bells. Then the game became real life for me. I did break. I was a scared little boy. I just wanted out.

"If she Roxanne wants sort of forgiveness and it makes her feel better then I would rather give her that because I think she's been punished enough by the public and the people around her."

After seeing his interview, viewers of the show were quick to praise Ryan for the way he handled the situation...

Hollywood actress Kirstie Alley was the firm favourite to win the series until the MAJOR drama between Roxanne and Ryan.

When Roxanne accused the actor of 'punching her', Big Brother reviewed the footage and showed the public that wasn't the case. Upon hearing the chant "Get Roxy out" during Ben Jardine's eviction, Roxanne quit the show and later apologised for her actions in THAT interview.

If you are sad the celebrity version of the popular reality show is over, don't panic! The civilian version of Big Brother kicks off on Friday 14th September! (THAT'S THIS FRIDAY!)
