Liam Cavanagh has only recently got engaged to Leyla Harding in Emmerdale, and so no one is more surprised than him when his ex, Bernice Blackstock shows up back in the village.

Well, except for her daughter, Gabby Thomas.

What does she want?

Lydia is the victim of online trolling

Meanwhile, Gabby Thomas is at her wit's end with Kim Tate bossing her about, but she's not the only one as Jamie Tate vows to get revenge on his mother and Dawn Taylor warns Will Taylor that if he doesn't do something about her, she will.

Lydia Hart is the victim of online trolling after rumours of her 'pension scheme' spread but when things move into the real world, Sam and Samson Dingle are at loggerheads over what to do about it.

Liv Flaherty comes face to face with her mum Sandra and her bottle of vodka, Tracy Metcalfe is asleep on her feet and Kim Tate's paranoia reaches fever pitch.

CHECK OUT: Emmerdale spoilers Monday 24 - Friday 28 May:

Despite Sam and Samson's best efforts to protect her, rumours of Lydia's 'pension scam' are spreading fast online and soon she finds herself the victim of online trolling. As she heads out to report the bullying to the police, Lydia is mugged outside her front door by a bunch of lads.

Happening upon Lydia's mugging, it's clear that Samson recognises the lads. As Sam realises what's happening and chases the muggers away, Samson remains hidden, caught between his dad's thirst for revenge and Lydia's insistence on non-violence.

At Home Farm, Kim takes out her frustrations on Gabby and after she leaves, Gabby menacingly asserts to Noah she won't be pushed around by her any more. Later on, Kim's distrust and paranoia is only increased when she watches Gabby's threats back on CCTV.

The next day, overhearing a conversation between Dawn and Jamie, Kim's anxieties are heightened. Dawn is troubled to hear Jamie's plans for his mum, worried he sounds just like her. Dawn tells Will that if he won't sort out Kim, she will.

Back at Home Farm, Kim is still chugging the drugged brandy and, thinking she hears phantom intruders in the house, grabs her shotgun.

Liv finally manages to track down her mum at the caravan park and is upset to realise she's been back in the UK for weeks without making contact. But before she can get upset, Sandra has poured Liv out a measure of vodka and it doesn't take long before Liv gives in to temptation.

New mum Tracy is asleep on her feet and is mortified when Wendy has to chase after the pram when a distracted Tracy forgets to put the brake on and it rolls down off Main Street.

With Liam's engagement to Leyla still new and the wedding plans underway, no one is more surprised than him when Bernice Blackstock appears back in the village - except for maybe Gabby, her daughter. Why is she back?

Meanwhile, Leyla is oblivious to the trouble that's just walked back into their lives. Instead Leyla's fully consumed by Take A Vow and all the wedding cancellations and she's worried how she's going to make ends meet.

But first, here's everything coming up on Emmerdale this week...

Kim Tate's health has been deteriorating for weeks and after another confusing episode with Gabby Thomas, she finally calls her doctor to demand a proper dementia test.

But little does she know Gabby has been taking advantage of her condition, using it to get away with stealing money from the company.

Gabby has had enough of Kim's bullying

Elsewhere, Liv Flaherty, consumed with guilt, is drinking herself into a black hole and Aaron Dingle is on the verge of giving up on her.

Will Chas Dingle and Paddy Kirk come to the rescue?

Victoria Sugden has a plan to find love for two of the villagers, Ethan Anderson tells his dad he's ready to move on with his life and Amy Wyatt comes clean to Matty Barton.
