Bit weird for February?

Eagle eyed Emmerdale viewers spotted a major continuity error on last night’s show, involving a Christmas tree.

WARNING: SPOILER ALERT!

The scene in question involved Finn Barton showing up at his ex-boyfriend's house to confront him for flaunting his new relationship online.

And despite Finn's ex-boyfriend Kasim reassuring him the boy in question was actually just his cousin, Finn continued and was later threatened with police action.

Despite this, it seems viewers were left distracted when they spotted a Christmas tree in the window of the house... in February!

Of course there is no rule about when you should take your Christmas decorations down, but that didn’t stop more eagle eyed viewers taking to Twitter to express their amusement...

Later in the episode, Finn returned to his ex's house and broke in by smashing a window.

An angered Finn then trashed Kasim's bedroom and wrote 'yestergay' across his wall, leaving fans of the soap in shock.

After being tracked down by his brothers, Finn managed to convince them he wasn't in the area to speak to Kasim.

The storyline with Finn is expected to continue in the coming weeks, with Emmerdale bosses teasing that Finn could face prison over a suspected arson attack.

Emmerdale continues weekdays from 7pm.
