Kim was appearing as a guest on the show, and stormed off when Coleen made seemingly rude comments under her breath about her former CBB co-star.
A petition aiming to get Coleen sacked from Loose Women was subsequently set up, which garnered over 10,000 signatures. Coleen then announced she'd be taking a hiatus from the show.
Kim has now spoken out on the controversy, according to the Mirror, saying, "I was asked to do Loose Women and I didn't think it would turn out like it did - very hurtful.
"I was shocked as much as anybody else that it happened. I was told that it was a reconciliation on Coleen's behalf."
She then added, "I don't wish her any harm and I'm sorry she has no job on Loose Women."

Kim then said that she hopes Coleen 'gets back on her feet'.
The petition set up last month read, 'The treatment of Kim Woodburn by Coleen Nolan on Loose Women today (Wednesday 29th August 2018) was outrageous and should be condemned.
'We, the undersigned, demand Coleen Nolan is removed from the Loose Women panel indefinitely for her atrocious act of unprovoked bullying. Say "No" to Nolan!'
In August, Kim, who first clashed with Coleen when they appeared in CBB together last year, stormed off Loose Women and called her 'trash' after a bust-up with the panel.
Kim was reduced to tears after claiming that she was bullied by Coleen in the house, and shouted, "I wouldn't want to sit and talk with lying trash. She's a horrible person. You are trash, you're a piece of filth!" before storming off the Loose Women set.
Her shocking statement came after she spoke about her childhood, saying, "I had a very very sad childhood, I had a brutal childhood."
And while Kim was talking, Coleen muttered to her sister Linda, "We got this every day as well. She's going to cry in a minute."
Kim then tried to explain why she didn't cope well in the house, saying, "I can't describe what I went through. I went in that house and all the memories of those years came back with the bullying they were doing to me. I was very upset in that house but I pretended I wasn't. They picked on me."
