A 90-year-old man has been charged with causing death by dangerous driving following a fatal collision in Worcestershire.

Peter Burrow, of Meadow Walk in Colwall, Herefordshire, is due to appear at Worcester Magistrates' Court on April 30, West Mercia Police said.

The charges relate to a crash on Church Street in Malvern on August 8 last year - where a red Fiat 500 collided with six pedestrians on the pavement shortly after midday.

A woman, in her 80s, who was taken to hospital, died from her injuries, while two other people were admitted to hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
