In modern day social media it seems we don't go more than a few weeks without some updates or changes, and whilst we've already recently reported on a number of changes to Instagram, this latest change could be just what music fans and pop stars have been waiting for!
According to reports, Instagram could be about to introduce music to Instagram Stories. TechCrunch have done some digging and spotted some code hidden in the Android version of the app which could give users the ability to add music stickers. They say these 'music stickers' could allow users to search for songs and add them to your Stories. These could really improve Stories!
The article by TechCrunch says that Instagram is also testing a way to detect a song you're listening to (like Shazam). It will then display a sticker with the details of the song and artist. We like the sound of that!
Although nothing has been confirmed at present, if this new feature is introduced then it is sure to be popular with music fans, celebrities, and pop stars around the world.

Just last week Instagram made a tiny, but very important change, although the changes are taking a while to roll out. Where previously, if people you follow liked one of your photos, their name would pop up underneath the image, this has now been changed.
Now, the changes brought in by the app, see mini icons showing the users' profile photos (instead of their name)! This all seems a little confusing , unless of course you know what everyone's profile pic is like.
However, the change to the display makes sense for those who are avid Instagram Story followers as the interface is very similar. Along with this recent change Instagram has also announced that there will be some other new updates, including a shopping feature allowing businesses to add a sticker to their Stories. When the sticker is tapped on it will display more details of the product.
