Bury have been expelled from the Football League.
The news Bury fans had been dreading came after data analytics company C&N Sporting Risk pulled out of a deal to buy the club earlier on Tuesday.
Bury, who are 134 years old, are the first team to drop out of the Football League in 27 years
Bolton Wanderers have been given 14 days by the EFL to meet all outstanding requirements of the League’s insolvency policy or its membership of the Football League will be withdrawn
