Emergency services are on the scene of a fire at a commercial property in Chorlton.

Greater Manchester Police tell us they were called to reports of a blaze on Barlow Moor Road just after 10am this morning.

Officers are there supporting fire crews.

A spokesperson told us: "A scene remains in place to establish the circumstances with parts of Barlow Moor Road, High Lane, and Wilbraham Road remaining closed at this time."

Pictures shared online show firefighters and ambulance teams are also on the scene.

Smoke can be seen billowing from a building.
