HGV Undercover Operation

Police across Manchester have been using an undercover HGV to catch drivers breaking the law.

A lorry's been disguised and adapted to film motorists on the M60 over the past two weeks.

One driver was even caught reading a book as he drove down the motorway.

He was one of dozens spotted breaking the law on the M60 by police in an undercover HGV

Other offences included texting on their mobiles and aggressive driving

The book reader got a fixed penalty fine and can be seen below:
