Police have charged a man with the rape of a woman in the early hours of Saturday morning (17 September 2022) in Bolton town centre. He has been remanded in custody and will appear at Wigan Magistrates Court today.
20 year old Prashant Gurung was arrested on Tuesday (20th September) with three other males, who have all been bailed as enquiries continue.
Greater Manchester Police are reviewing CCTV in the local area.
