People across Greater Manchester are being urged to break the stigma of mental health issues.

Today sees the second day of Mental Health Awareness week which is aimed at encouraging people to come forward and discuss the problem.

Millions of sick days each year are due to mental health issues and sufferers are being urged to talk about their issues.

David Lee, a psychologist from Bolton runs Prosperity In Mind which is aimed at encouraging wellbeing among those with mental health issues as well as raising awareness.
