The inspirational firefighter who ran 22 10k races for each of the 22 Manchester Arena attack victims has launched a new running club in their memory.

Aaron Parmar worked as a police officer on the night of the terror attack, and has since become a firefighter.

As part of his 10k challenge he engraved each medal with their names and has just began handing them out to the families.

In that time, Aaron was also raised more than £15,000 for charity.

Now he wants to continue the support by creating an online running club, with money raised at races and from online merchandise purchases going to the charities set up by the families of the victims.

It's become one of the fastest growing online running clubs, already securing over 1,000 members since launching the club in May.

The club has already attracted a celebrity following too, with the likes of soap stars Kym Marsh, Hayley Tammadon and Sally Ann Mathews all joining to become members of the club.

Aaron told Hits Radio he just wants to keep people thinking about the 22: "The sense of pride you get through running in honour of one of those 22...it's massive."

"They're so proud that people are wanting to honour their loved ones. We're just over 2 years down the line but people are still doing new things to help. I don't think you can ever forget, long may it continue."

"We've got some people that have never ran a mile in their life, and others who have ran an ultra-marathon. There is no in-between in ability, anyone is welcome."

"Members can just go online and order a kit, and then run wherever they want. We host events throughout the year and invite people to come along for free."

"I'd just ask people to share pictures of their adventures in the kit to get the name out there."
