Safety questioned after Harpurhey explosion

There are calls for a review of safety following an explosion at a cafe in Harpurhey.

It happened at The Emerald Cafe on Rochdale Road on Saturday afternoon (14th January 2017).

One man was injured and is being treated for burns.
