Five specialist bikes have been stolen from a garage at a property in Stockport.

Greater Manchester Police say they were called to Guywood Road at Romiley around 7.45am on Friday (1st May) to reports the bicycles had been taken.

An investigation's so far found that thieves broke in around 1.35am the same day and stole:

  • a green Pinaccle Akrose 3
  • a white Santa Cruz Bullit
  • an orange Cotic Soul
  • a white Giant Anthem and
  • a red Specialized S-Works Tarmac
  • (similar to the ones pictured)

No arrests have been made yet according to GMP's DS Matthew Tarr, who said, "Enquiries are ongoing to trace these bicycles and those responsible for stealing them.

"We are releasing photographs of the bicycles in the hope that anyone with information about their whereabouts will contact us as soon as possible.

"I would also like to appeal to anyone with any other information to come forward as it may assist us with our investigation."
