Police arrest two people on suspicion of assault
A two-year-old girl's fighting for her life after she was found with serious injuries at a house in Cheetham Hill.
Police were alerted by the ambulance service shortly after 7pm on Wednesday 11 January 2017, to Daimler Street.
She remains in a critical condition in hospital.
A 34-year-old man and a 37-year-old woman have been arrested on suspicion of section 18 assault and remain in police custody for questioning.
