Why have you changed your name?
We are already part of the Hits Radio Network, and this name change means we’ll be more clearly identified as part of our family network of shows.
Will I still be able to listen to Leigh & Claire at Breakfast?
Yes! We will still be playing you the biggest hits and the biggest throwbacks, Leigh & Claire are waking up South Wales each weekday morning from 6am-10am!
Will the music we play change?
No. We will still have our same great playlist of the biggest hits and biggest throwbacks brought to you by our presenter line-up including Leigh & Claire, Fleur East, Sam Thompson, Sarah-Jane Crawford, Gemma Atkinson and Mike Toolan.
Will you still be local?
Yes! As Hits Radio South Wales, we’ll still bring you all your local news and information, traffic and travel and our local breakfast show with Leigh & Claire.
Will you still be supporting Cash for Kids?
Yes absolutely! We’ll still be supporting our fantastic fundraising for disadvantaged young people in the community through our Cash for Kids charity.
Will local advertising be affected?
Not at all. Our advertising opportunities for local commercial partners remain unchanged.

Will I need to change the accounts I follow on social media?
No. You can connect with us below if you aren’t already and these will change name in April – no need to re-follow or re-like our pages.

How to listen to Hits Radio South Wales in the car
Listening to Hits Radio South Wales while in the car is easy! You can tune in on 96.4FM on your radio, and on DAB with a low-cost DAB converter or adapter. You can also listen through our App, which you can connect to your car speaker via Bluetooth or USB connector - simply head to your phone's App Store, type in 'Hits Radio South Wales' and download our App for free.
Will your website change?
Our website has updated to ‘hitsradio.co.uk’ and from there you’ll just need to select South Wales as your local region and you will continue to receive the localised version, with all the information relevant to where you are.
Will I still receive regular emails from you?
You’ll need to opt into our new emails to make sure you receive information ongoing. We’ll share details for how you can do this in due course.
How can I enter competitions?
You can still find out about our huge competitions on-air by listening through the day or exploring our dedicated win section on our website, which will be unique to each Hits Radio station.
I have a prize/offer voucher with the station – will this still be valid?
Nothing changes with regards to our prizes; the validity period will remain the same.
How can I contact the station?

The Hits Radio South Wales Breakfast Show
Playing you The Biggest Hits and The Biggest Throwbacks, Leigh & Claire are waking up South Wales each weekday morning from 6am-10am!
Claire is from South Wales, and lives with her two yapper dogs and husband in Swansea. Describing herself as hugely patriotic, Claire absolutely loves where she lives! Leigh also has a real passion for South Wales, moving back home to live and work. Leigh lives with his wife and two daughters, as well as three cats and a dog.
On presenting with Leigh, Claire said: "I love radio and have especially loved the past three and a half years presenting South Wales number one commercial breakfast show with Leigh! We have such a laugh every morning and love that YOU listen in and get involved. Our 'Alarmy Army' is a mighty one. It's filled with people who've won on the show with us and if you're lucky you might win your way into it sometime soon and get your hands on a coveted Leigh and Claire alarm clock."
