Man charged after 'gunshots' reported in Chesterfield
He was arrested earlier this month
A man has been charged after 'gunshots' were heard in Chesterfield.
Steven Pell, 40, from Newbold was arrested following reports of a firearms discharge on 3 March.
He is accused of possession of an imitation firearm with intent to cause fear of violence, and has been remanded in custody.
Police are now asking to speak to anyone with information about the incident, which occurred in Cordwell Avenue at around 05:15 GMT.
No-one was injured.
