Manchester's Olympic and Paralympic heroes honoured
Didsbury artist unveils mural for City's sporting heroes.
A huge mural featuring the names of Manchester's Olympic and Paralympic heroes has been unveiled in the Arndale Centre.
The wall by Didsbury artist David Gee features a doodle style map of the city along with the names of the 2016 Rio medalists who've either lived or trained in Greater Manchester.
Several Paralympians visited the Arndale this morning to sign next to their names on the wall which will be on display for the next six weeks as Manchester gets ready for the Olympic and Paralympic parade on October 17th.
