Comedian Alan Carr joined Angellica, James and Matt on Saturday (23rd March) to talk about his TV show Interior Design Masters, Adele, and explosive wind... 👀
With Celebrity Big Brother on the tip of everyone's tongues with the drama that has been unfolding over the last few weeks, speaking on Hits Radio, Alan revealed that he's loved watching it, but he 'couldn't' do the series himself.
"Do you know why I couldn't do it, because I have explosive wind!" he admitted. "Now I'm worried because Angellica and I are going away for a weekend, and I never told you this, and we're sharing a room! I don't know what it is, but it just... No (it's not smelly), it's silent but violent. It blows the duvet covers! Honestly, she'll be like Princess Jasmine floating on my duvet around the room.
"So listen, I would love to go in, but do you know what? I used to do this show called Friday Night Project and we used to have the Big Brother people in and me and Justin (Lee Collins) spent four or five hours in the Big Brother House as an experiment for a skip. You do forget that the cameras are there, I mean I was picking my nose, I was like... chatting.
"And then Justin was like, 'What you doin'!' and I was like talking, mentioning my pin number and slagging people off and you forget, and it's only when you here the whir behind the mirror of the cameras. And I have so much sympathy with the people on there, because you do forget (and I know how can you forget), you do!"
During the chat, Alan also talked about his show Interior Design Masters, where he revealed what type of interior he was be. Choosing a dado rail, Alan explained: "I'm reliable, people can lean on me, this is so deep..."
They also spoke about Adele and the comments Alan has said about her. The comedian is always looking for material for his shows, and he admitted: "Anything I say about Adele, they take and put as clickbait in the paper.
"I can say anything, but I'll do like an hour interview about my career, and I mention one thing about Adele, and then that's the headline. Now I know how Simon Cowell feels about Sinitta!
