Hit The Streets is a brand-new campaign by Hits Radio to combat loneliness.

Launched on 1st March, we’re joining together and encouraging you to get out and join our daily live 30-minute run-along with our DJs, fellow Hits Radio listeners and sport and music stars.

Every weekday from 6.30 to 7pm, we're in the mix with upbeat running music, fitness advice from athletes and your messages of support with NO ad breaks!

We will also be sharing stories of local social sport clubs and support available In your local area as well as free activites you can still take part in during lockdown.

The mix is also available on the Hits Radio app and available to listen to on-demand so you can pop your headphones on and get running with us, wherever you are and whenever you like.

You can also join our club on the Strava app to connect with other Hit The Streets runners or register below to share a message of support.
