Here's everything you need to know
Here at Hits Radio, we're always looking to improve the way you listen to your favourite radio station (obviously, we're your favourite radio station, but we didn't need to tell you that). You'll now need to log in to listen to Hits Radio on the website, app and Alexa-enabled devices.
What if I already have a Hits Radio account?
Great news! If you already have a Hits Radio or Planet Radio account, and you're logged in, you don’t need to do anything, as your account will remain automatically signed in and you can continue to listen to the biggest hits, the biggest throwbacks and all of our shows.
How do I log in to Hits Radio to listen?
If you've already got an account, all you need to do is click the big 'sign in' button at the top right hand corner of the website, on the app, you will be prompted to sign in upon opening.
How do I create a Hits Radio account to listen?
If you are yet to make an account, on the browser you'll need to head to the ‘sign in’ button in the corner to create an account, or follow the instructions when prompted the next time you access the website or app.
What are the benefits to being logged in to Hits Radio?
We’re glad you asked! When you are logged in, we can offer you the best service possible. This includes full access to our on-demand content, ability to subscribe to our shows and be notified of new shows, plus you can also ‘Continue Listening’ by picking up where you left off, even if you are on a different device.
How will you be using my personal information?

I’d prefer not to create an account. Am I still able to listen?
If you’d like to listen to us online or on our app, you must create an account. You can still listen in all the other usual ways, including FM and DAB.

Yes! You can turn it up every weekday morning from 6am-10am on Hits Radio. The team will get your day started with the biggest hits, the biggest throwbacks, plus the latest local news and travel. Of course, not forgetting chances to win some amazing prizes too!
How to listen to Hits Radio in the car
You can listen to Hits Radio on FM and on DAB with a low-cost DAB converter or adapter. Download the Hits Radio App on your phone, and connect to us via Bluetooth or USB connector, by typing in 'Hits Radio' to your App store and download the Free Radio App for free.
