Ipswich Town name interim manager

Ipswich Town have named their interim manager.

Former Blues defender, John McGreal will take charge for tomorrow night’s (7 December) trip to Charlton.

Rene Gilmartin, who was John’s assistant during his short spell at Swindon Town, will join him in the away dugout at The Valley.

The Tractor Boys parted ways with Paul Cook over the weekend - Gary Roberts, Franny Jeffers, Ian Craney and John Keeley have also left Portman Road.
