Jazz FM Awards nominees Band on the Wall are releasing a set of exclusive performances as part of a fundraiser compilation

10 major international artists have supported Jazz FM Awards nominees Band on the Wall with Live from Band on the Wall – a fundraiser compilation featuring exclusive live tracks from Gregory Porter, Jazzanova, Dele Sosimi, Snarky Puppy and more.
Whilst the Covid-19 crisis continues its hold on the live music industry, Band on the Wall announce Live from Band on the Wall, the second fundraiser release on their in-house imprint Band on the Wall Recordings. All proceeds are split 50/50 between Band on the Wall and the artists.
The release features a selection of some of the venue's favourite songs, from some of the most memorable shows, to have been recorded as part of the Band on the Wall archive.
These tracks represent the commitment to celebrating the diversity and excellence of music created by remarkable people from across the world. The album is released with the venue's ongoing ambition to promote and celebrate the great music of many cultures, during this challenging year.
Live from Band on the Wall is the second release on Band on the Wall’s new in-house imprint, Band on the Wall Recordings and follows the release of last month’s 2020 – a fundraiser compilation to support emerging Manchester artists.
