Mary J Blige joins the iTunes Festival Line up

Mary J Blige is the latest star name to be added to the iTunes Festival. Based in  London’s Roundhouse, the annual event takes over the iconic venue for the duration of September.

This year’s festival has a strong jazz influence in the line-up. Already confirmed to play are Gregory Porter, Tony Bennett, Lenny Kravitz and Pharrell Williams.

Talking about the festival, Blige mentioned “I’m so happy to be playing for my first time at iTunes Festival. I’ve always loved visiting London and I can’t wait to be back to see my UK fans next month.”

Now in its 7th year, the festival is unique that no tickets are sold for each show. Instead fans have to win tickets through via the iTunes site.
