AC/DC share rare 'Highway To Hell' live video

AC/DC have posted a 1979 performance of their classic track ‘Highway To Hell’ to their YouTube channel.
Available to watch below, the archive performance was recorded on 13th July 1979 in Arnhem, The Netherlands for the TV show Countdown (no relation to the British TV game show of the same name).
Following ‘Highway To Hell’, Countdown performances of ‘The Jack’ and ‘Whole Lotta Rosie’ will be uploaded to YouTube on Wednesday 24th and Wednesday 31st July respectively.
The footage of all three tracks previously appeared on AC/DC’s expansive DVD box set ‘Plug Me In’ back in October 2007, but this is the first time they’ve officially appeared online.

AC/DC revived their social media accounts on Tuesday (16th July) following almost two years away to celebrate Highway To Hell’s 40th anniversary - their final studio album with the late-great Bon Scott.
As well as updating their profile photos to feature a Highway To Hell ‘1979’ to ‘2019’ image, the band posted an 8-second video with the caption ‘Celebrate with us all month long! ⚡️#H2H40’.
It’s currently unclear whether there will be any new AC/DC activity alongside the YouTube videos.
There has been intense speculation over the past year that AC/DC are releasing a new album in Malcolm Young’s memory with Phil Rudd and Brian Johnson back in the band.
Brian himself seemingly confirmed his return when grindcore band Terrorizer wrote on Facebook that Brian had told them he was back with AC/DC.
A week ago, Kansas radio station V-100 reported that AC/DC will announce a new world tour on Wednesday 17th July. The report ultimately turned out to be baseless.
