Pop punk legends blink-182 briefly covered Taylor Swift’s ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ on the latest date on their reunion tour with Tom DeLonge on Tuesday night (9th May).
Since making their live comeback with Tom at Coachella, blink-182 have been incorporating snippets of songs into set closer, their 1997 anthem ‘Dammit’
Coachella boasted brief covers of TLC’s ‘No Scrubs’ and Skee-Lo’s ‘I Wish’, while Tom, Travis and Mark have performed Vanilla Ice’s ‘Ice Ice Baby’ and The Spice Girls’ ‘Wannabe’ at their arena shows.
However, at Little Caesars Arena in Detroit on Tuesday, blink-182 melded ‘Dammit’ with a powerful rendition of Taylor Swift’s 2012 breakup song ‘We Are Never Ever Getting Back Together’ with Mark Hoppus on vocal duties.

blink-182 grace the UK and Ireland this coming September and October for sold-out arena shows in Glasgow, Belfast, Dublin, London, Birmingham and Manchester.
Following the European trek, blink-182’s tour resumes in early 2024 for shows in Australia, New Zealand and Mexico.
