Bloodstock 2023 announces 10 bands including two headliners

The first wave of bands of band have revealed for Bloodstock 2023.

Taking place from Thursday 10th to Sunday 13th August 2023 at Catton Park in Derbyshire, metalcore merchants Killswitch Engage will top the Ronnie James Dio stage bill on the Friday night, while metal legends Megadeth will bring the event to an emphatic close on the Sunday.

Also confirmed for the Ronnie James Dio main stage at next year’s metal extravaganza are DevilDriver, Fit For An Autopsy, Knocked Loose, Decapitated and Gatecreeper.

The Sophie Lancaster Stage will also boast performances from Zeal & Ardor, King 810 and Unto Others.

Many more acts will be announced in the coming months.

Early bird weekend tickets to Bloodstock 2023 are available from the official website, costing £150 plus booking fee.

Serpents Lair VIP tickets and camper van passes will go on sale at 9am on Wednesday 17th August. Once the early bird allocation has sold out, standard weekend tickets will increase to £165 (+ booking fee).

For the first time in 2023, there will also be a child's VIP ticket available, so mini moshers can join their parents in the VIP area and camping at a more reasonable cost.

Headlined by Behemoth, Mercyful Fate and Lamb of God, Bloodstock 2022 also featured a surprise secret set from Machine Head on the Sophie Stage.
