Bloodstock 2024 celebrates Valentine's Day with addition of 18 brutally heavy bands ♥️

It’s Valentine’s Day tomorrow (14th February), so Bloodstock Open Air organisers have marked the occasion by adding 18 brutally heavy bands to the line-up.
The Catton Park extravaganza has confirmed that Swedish progressive metallers Soen and extreme metal comedians Raised by Owls play the main Ronnie James Dio Stage on the Sunday.
Added to the main stage on the Saturday are Ukrainian melodic metal storytellers Ignea, British black metal outfit Deitus.
Elsewhere, the Sophie Lancaster stage on Friday, boasts atmospheric heavyists Darkest Era, death hardcore fusionists Burner, symphonic black metallers Haliphron, Irish death squad Deathcollector, Swedish metal stalwarts Wolf, and stage openers, powerhouse rock trio, Haxan.
Saturday’s Sophie bill now features Las Vegas industrial squad Combichrist, hot new alt rock collective Unpeople, Brit hardcore newcomers Cauldron, classic rock n’ rollers Asomvel, and Finnish deathcore outfit, Enemies Everywhere.
Playing the Sophie stage on the Sunday, and completing today’s line-up announcement, are thrash icons Xentrix, Japanese samurai metal warriors Ryujin, Brit deathcore bruisers Osiah, and melodic metal six-piece, Awake By Design.
Headlined by Amon Amarth, Opeth and Architects, Bloodstock takes place at Catton Park in Derbyshire from Thursday 8th to Sunday 11th August 2024.
