Bring Me The Horizon’s War Child BRITs Week show at The Dome in Tufnell Park, London this week has been postponed until May.

The eclectic Sheffield rockers broke the news on Friday night (15th February) that they were postponing the final two dates of their North American tour in Phoenix and Las Vegas over the weekend after Oli Sykes ruptured his right vocal cord.

Oli said at the time: “I’m gutted to announce we have to cancel the remainder of our American tour. I’ve ruptured my right vocal cord and I’ve been told that if I don’t rest it immediately, I’m in serious danger of doing permanent damage.

“I’ve been trying my best to fulfil our commitments as I really hate letting you guys down, not to mention these shows have literally been the most fun ever. But at this point, me singing in this state would be the equivalent of a footballer running on a broken leg.

“We are working on plans to come back to Phoenix and Las Vegas this year to make it up to everyone who missed out.”

This afternoon, War Child Music have confirmed that Bring Me The Horizon’s gig at The Dome on Tuesday night (19th February) has now also been postponed.

They tweeted: “We're gutted to tell you the @bmthofficial show for #BRITsWeek together with @O2music has been postponed due to @olobersyko needing vocal rest for the next 2 weeks.

“New date is 29th May and all original tickets will remain valid. Hope you get well soon Oli! #BMTH”.

The rearranged show will take place two days before Bring Me The Horizon headline and curate All Points East festival in London’s Victoria Park. Also on the bill are Architects, While She Sleeps, Employed To Serve, Alice Glass, Run The Jewels, Nothing But Thieves, IDLES, Scarlxrd and Yonaka.

Tickets to All Points East are on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets now.
