Corey Taylor has reassured fans he is “hurt” but ok after falling over on stage at Slipknot’s show with Marilyn Manson in Atlanta last night (29th June).

Still sporting a neck brace, the sold-out show at the 19,000 capacity Aaron’s Amphitheatre was Corey’s second return to the stage since breaking his neck without realising it last month.

After wrapping up their blistering 17-song set, Corey took a painful tumble on stage leading to fans to take to social media to voice their concerns about his wellbeing.

Multiple attendees confirmed he “fell over hard” and apparently had to be supported from the stage as he was unable to walk.

Fortunately, moments after the show Corey took to Twitter to reassure his fans he’s “okay!” but the fall “DAMN hurt.”

He wrote: “ATL: haha don't worry, I'm okay! I THINK that fall was one for the ages haha! DAMN it hurt- but DAMN what a crowd! See you again soon!”

At Slipknot’s first show at the Bridgestone Arena in Nashville on Tuesday night, Corey told the crowd: "Let's address the elephant in the room: I f***ing broke my neck.

“But there was no way I wasn't coming to Nashville to do this show… It sure is weird playing with this pillow on my neck."

Slipknot’s setlist in Atlanta was as follows:

The Negative One Disasterpiece Eyeless Skeptic Before I Forget Killpop Dead Memories Everything Ends Psychosocial Pulse of the Maggots Left Behind The Devil in I Wait and Bleed (sic)
