Green Day are rehearsing their seminal 1994 album ‘Dookie’ in its entirety, prompting intense speculation they’re about to embark on a 25th anniversary tour next year.

The trio’s third studio album, which spawned anthems including ‘Basket Case’ and ‘Welcome To Paradise’, celebrates its quarter-century landmark on 1st February 2019.

Taking to Instagram last night (26th July), drummer Tré Cool – real name Frank Edwin Wright III – posted a photo of himself, Billie Joe Armstrong and Mike Dirnt in rehearsals.

Captioning it “Fun band practice - swipe to see the set list we played today ...—>”, when fans swiped right it revealed the track-listing for Dookie in its unadulterated and glorious entirety.

Feast your eyes on the pictorial evidence right here:

Produced by Rob Cavallo, ‘Dookie’ is widely regarded as a landmark pop punk album and has sold more than 20million units across the globe including 1million in the UK and a whopping 10million Green Day’s native United States.

It’s their best-selling record ahead of 2004’s ‘American Idiot’, which has sold an estimated 14million copies globally.

If a 25th anniversary tour does happen, let’s keep our fingers and toes crossed that it includes some UK dates!
