Muse announce June 2019 stadium shows

Muse have announced two UK stadium shows for June 2019 as part of their Simulation Theory World Tour.

Matt Bellamy, Dominic Howard and Chris Wolstenholme will bring their incendiary and ground-breaking live show to London Stadium on Saturday 1st June and Manchester Etihad Stadium the following Saturday (8th June).

Tickets will be high in demand when they go on sale from Kerrang! Radio Tickets at 9am on Friday 16th November.

Kicking off on 22nd February in Houston, Texas and taking in shows across North America and Europe throughout 2019, the world tour follows the Friday 9th November release of Muse’s eighth studio album ‘Simulation Theory’.

Boasting cover art designed by Stranger Things artist Kyle Lambert, the 11-track record features the previously unveiled tracks ‘Dig Down’, ‘Thought Contagion’, ‘Something Human’, ‘The Dark Side’ and ‘Pressure.’

The Deluxe and Super Deluxe versions of the album will feature 16 and 21 tracks respectively.

The expanded tracklisting features an acoustic gospel version of ‘Dig Down’, The UCLA Bruin Marching Band feature on ‘Pressure’, a live version of ‘Thought Contagion’, acoustic versions of several tracks, including ‘Something Human and ‘Alternate Reality’ versions of ‘Algorithm’ and ‘The Dark Side’.

‘Simulation Theory’ is the follow-up album to 2015’s ‘Drones’. Since their previous album the Teignmouth trio have the toured extensively, taking the ground breaking ‘Drones World Tour’ to fans across the globe. This concert was filmed and released in cinemas worldwide for ‘One Night Only’ in July 2018.
