Certain to chill the blood of coulrophobia sufferers everywhere, Pennywise the Dancing Clown from blockbuster horror film It has covered Slipknot’s ‘The Devil In I’ on the drums.

In the clip, which has been viewed over 250,000 times, Russian YouTuber Andrew Nekrasov dons scarily accurate Pennywise attire and make-up while flanked by a bunch of obligatory red balloons.

Making a series of menacing stares at the camera, Nekrasov then proceeds to play along to two minutes of Slipknot’s pummelling 2014 anthem.

The only way the video could possibly be bettered would be if Nekrasov had a drum duel with Slipknot’s in-house clown Shawn Crahan. Watch the video here:

Currently smashing box office records around the globe, It is at cinemas right now.

Slipknot’s concert film ‘Day of the Gusano - Live in Mexico’ was shown at over 100 cinemas in the UK and more than 1000 globally back on Wednesday 6th September. It's released on DVD, Blu-Ray, DVD+CD and DVD+3LP formats on Friday 20th October.
