Meet the 15-year-old girl behind the voice of Peppa Pig

She's been playing the popular cartoon character Peppa Pig for nearly ten years now, but what is it like being the voice?
We caught up with 15-year-old Harley Bird who plays Peppa and asked her if she ever gets recognised,
"Normally never, but we were just out in Carnaby Street and a woman turned around and said, 'excuse me, are you the voice of Peppa Pig'," she told us.
Harley goes to a performing arts school and admitted that her friends aren't jealous of her playing Peppa, but they might be a bit jealous of her missing school!
Who wouldn't be at that age?!
"At school I'm just kind of normal Harley who sits there in class the entire time!" She explained.
Having played the character for so long the school girl told us how she gets into character, saying she has a "Peppa mode". She also admitted for years she couldn't snort, something quite important for the character!

Everyone's favourite pig makes her big screen debut tomorrow (7th April) in Peppa Pig: My First Cinema Experience. The film features Peppa on a visit to London where she tours the capital city seeing all the iconic landmarks.
