Joel Corry talks being on 'cloud nine' ahead of The BRIT Awards 2021

We're live backstage at The BRIT Awards 2021 with Mastercard, and what better way to amp up our excitement than to catch up with the three-time nominee Joel Corry?! Earlier today (11th May) our very own Harriet Rose caught up with the DJ to get the lowdown on all things BRITs...
When Harriet praised Joel on becoming a BRIT Award triple nominee, the DJ gushed that he is "still on cloud nine", admitting: "I've been on cloud nine since I found out about these nominations, 'cause I never thought that I would ever get nominated for a BRIT."
The 31-year-old added: "I literally feel like I've already won just being nominated, so yeah, bring on tonight!"
Talking all things outfits, Harriet reminded us all that "Joel Corry is never not looking fit," before he responded: "It's not my usual attire is it? With the shirt," adding: "I'm wearing a Dolce and Gabbana suit tonight, tailored!" Ooh la la!
After releasing hits like 'Head & Heart', 'Sorry' and 'Lonely' within the last 12 months, Joel had bagged himself a whopping THREE nominations at this year's ceremony - Male Solo Artist, Breakthrough Artist and British Single with Mastercard.
Joel is joined the list of BRIT Award nominees by artists such as Dua Lipa, Harry Styles and Little Mix. Also bagging a nomination is none other than RAYE, who Joel worked with on the track 'BED', featuring DJ megastar David Guetta.
We caught up with RAYE before The BRITs, where she revealed some pretty interesting info about their hit track 'BED'.
