Blac Chyna may have a baby Kardashian, but that doesn’t mean she’ll be able to use the Kardashian family surname anytime soon.
Kim, Khloe and Kourtney have successfully stopped Blac ever using the Kardashian surname, even if she does marry on off fiancé Rob Kardashian. The pair have been dating on and off since January 2016, in November they welcomed their daughter Dream Renee Kardashian, only for Rob to announce on Instagram he and Chyna had split in December.
According to TMZ, the sisters ‘were successful in blocking Blac’s petition to own the rights to the name Angela Renee Kardashian’. Kim, Khloe and Kourtney filled legal documents back in December to stop Blac using the name, claiming it would ‘create confusion in the marketplace.’
Blac also has a child with rapper Tyga, the pair dated from 2011 to 2014. In October 2012, Blac gave birth to their child King Cairo Stevenson. Tyga has since moved on with Rob’s half sister Kylie Jenner. You couldn’t make this stuff up!
