When was Jordan Banjo on I'm A Celeb?

Since Britain’s Got Talent, Jordan has appeared on a number of TV shows, taking part in I’m a Celebrity... Get Me Out of Here! in 2016. He headed into the Australian jungle along with comedian Joel Dommett and Emmerdale actor Adam Thomas.

He was the fourth contestant to be booted off the series, and took part in five Bushtucker trials: Tomb of Torment, Stranded, The Hungry Games: Catch a Crawling Critter, The Hungry Games: The Final, Claim of Thrones: Vicious Circle and Hell or High Water.

Jord made the brave decision to RETURN to the jungle in 2023, taking part in the first "all stars" series of I'm A Celeb: South Africa which saw him reunite with camp BFF Carol Vorderman.

The series was filmed in 2022 and saw Jord come second to Myleene Klass! He said he'd had a much "better time" in the jungle and that he hadn't quite "been ready" for it first time around.

He also revealed why he'd wanted to go back in: "I was kind of disappointed with how I was the first time I did it. I was just annoyed with myself that I didn’t give it my all first time round. It’s only once you come out of the jungle that you really realise how much of a unique experience it is. You generally never get the opportunity to do something like that ever again.

"So when it popped up that I had another chance to go for it, I was like mate I’m in and I will give it my all this time. Even if it’s tough. I just wanted to do it for my own peace of mind. Any time anyone would bring up I’m A Celebrity the first time round, there was this little pang of guilt. I’d think, yeah, I did do it. But there’s doing it and then there’s doing it.

"The first time round, I did a couple of trials and then I’d try to sneak away thinking please don’t pick me. This time, I was like I want to get stuck in. And I did. I felt really good for it. I was actually buzzing."

Jordan Banjo on The Masked Dancer

Jordan appeared on the first ever UK series of The Masked Dancer, following the success of two series of The Masked Singer. Jordan was sadly the first to be unmasked, having performed as Viper to 'Are You Gonna Go My Way' by Lenny Kravitz in an incredibly fiery routine!

Jordan Banjo on Loose Men

Loose Men, a special spin-off of ITV's Loose Women, returned in October 2022 with panelists Ore Oduba, Andi Peters and The Chase’s Shaun Wallace - and, of course, our very own Jordan!

The show on 20th October saw the lads discuss health, marriage and dad guilt - touching on mental health matters, and talking frankly about their negative experiences, including body image and panic attacks.

Watch Jordan Banjo on Loose Men:

Jordan bravely opened up about body shaming, discussing his post-lockdown experiences. The star revealed that a 'bit of banter' led to him feeling embarrassed about lockdown weight gain, and afraid to leave the house.

Further discussing his mental health, Jordan opened up about his experiences when his wife Naomi fell seriously ill with sepsis in 2019, following the birth of their second child. He discussed how despite appearing 'strong' on the outside, "inside I was freaking out".

Why yes, he most certainly does! While Jordan and Perri were in Manchester, as part of their Diversity Tour, the KISS Breakfast host took his love for his job to a whole new level!

Whilst Perri joked the tattoo could "solidify our role as KISS Breakfast hosts", Jordan laughed: "At least it will make it harder for them to fire me now!"
