The news broke when TMZ claimed the couple were expecting again, with Kim and Kanye reportedly using the same surrogate they used for their third child Chicago, who was born in January 2018.
And now, just days later, it looks like Kanye has CONFIRMED the rumours!
As Kim and Kanye visited Miami yesterday (Friday 4th January), the rapper replied to a photographer who wished the couple well on their news. According to reports, Kanye replied saying, 'Thanks bro".

However, despite initial reports suggesting that Kim and Kanye were set to use the same surrogate as they did for baby Chicago, US Weekly are now reporting that the couple are actually using a different one. This is due to the lady who carried Chicago welcoming her own child over the festive period.
Kim and Kanye's fourth child will be a boy and is reportedly due in May 2019, but the famous pair are yet to confirm this.
The couple, who married in 2014, are already proud parents to three adorable children.
After naturally conceiving her first two children, North West and Saint West, Kim chose to use a surrogate for her third as she has a life-threatening condition, which created serious issues for her during her birth with Saint.
Baby Chicago was born in January 2018, with Kim often sharing the most adorable photos on social media.
