In news we did not see coming in any way at all, Love Island 2018 star Laura Anderson is reportedly dating Love Island 2015 star Max Morley! Max won the first ever series of the revamped version of the show (before it took over the lives of everyone in the nation) with Jessica Hayes, but the two split shortly after.

Laura came runner-up in this year's show with Paul Knops, who she also broke up with shortly after.

After hitting back at claims she was a 'bitter ex' and revealing she has a new man in her life on Instagram earlier this week, it was reported that the new man in her life is none other than her fellow Love Island alumnus.

According to MailOnline, a source close to the former air hostess has revealed that Laura and Max have been "going on secret dates for a number of weeks now," adding that they’re "really starting to get close and are definitely very well suited," before confirming that Max has "really fallen" for Laura and "things are going well between them."

After it emerged that Paul dumped Laura because they weren't 'compatible', Laura released a statement about the romance, confirming she had already moved on.

Taking to her Instagram Story to set the record straight, Laura wrote, 'Regarding today's press; I think its quite clear from how I acted in the villa that I'm not a 'bitter ex'. Regardless of what has been inaccurately printed and what I was informed about Paul, I'm not the one selling stories on the matter.

'He is in the past which I would like to keep that way. I've moved on, I'm happily seeing someone else which I have chosen to keep private. It really is just boring now.'

Both Laura and Paul are yet to confirm the reports, but we are VERY excited about this potential new romance.
