Twitter reveals the 10 most popular tweets of 2015
Turns out One Direction have a lot of Twitter followers.
Twitter has released their top 10 most popular tweets of 2015 and One Direction WIN.
Based on the highest number of retweets from January 1st until November 10th, only one tweet per user was eligible, which didn't stop every member of One Direction making an appearance (yes, even Zayn).
Here's the top 10:
10. Caitlyn Jenner
Following her transition from Bruce to Caitlyn in June of this year, her first tweet to the world got over 250,000 retweets!
9. Leonard Nimoy
The final tweet from Star Trek actor Lenoard Nimoy shortly before his death aged 83.
8. Kanye West

7. Niall Horan
320,000 retweets for one member of One Direction saying Happy Birthday to another member of One Direction. Yep.

And in at number one. Harry Edward Styles. His subtle but beautiful message of support for Zayn after he announced he was leaving the band, has scored him top spot for 2015. Unless of course Harry decides to leave between now and December 31st...and as the most followed member of One Direction that would surely result in a recount.
