Leonardo DiCaprio is undoubtedly one of the most talented actors of our time, though despite being nominated numerous times he is still yet to take home an Oscar, here's why that should change at this year's Academy Awards:

In 1994 Leo received his first Oscar nomination for 'Best Actor in a Supporting Role' in What's Eating Gilbert Grape, unfortunately he was beaten by Tommy Lee Jones and his performance in The Fugitive.
Between 2005 and 2014 he was nominated 3 times for 'Best Actor in a Leading Role' for his work on The Aviator, Blood Diamond and The Wolf of Wall Street but has still failed to receive the honour. This year DiCaprio has received his 4th nomination for the award after an astonishing performance as Hugh Glass in The Revenant.
